Ali Ibrahim Roba, the greatest beneficiary of devolution’s initial stages that witnessed volumes of unaccounted for amassing of Wealth, have assumed the Godly power to make or break.
The power of the loot that betrayed and brought down humiliatingly, the very vehicle that brought him to power, the Gari Council of Elders after the first five years and still made him go ahead to win a second term has borne his assumption of the Pharaonic assumption of Godly power.
Roba’s betrayal never ended there, as he publicly betrayed the AZIMIO COALITION, to pour his party loyalty into the winning UDA Party, if only to take the opportunity to thrive.
As we speak, Roba is burning the late night oil to betray the current Governor of Mandera, Hon. Mohamed Adan Khalif, with intent to replace him with the his (Governor’s) cousin.
I wonder if his next victim of betrayal is the very UDA he has used earlier to thrive and get a place in the Government, but let’s leave that for another day.
All the reason therefore, that he took out of context a joke by the Isiolo Governor, that the microphone could be under the influence of a village party, that it’s failing him, during the opening of UDA’s Mandera Branch. Roba feels threatened by the UDA office that is sure to derail his ” village” party and hence the fuss!
The sharp reaction of the Senator, threatening to indulge in Isiolo politics, tells it all! That Roba has taken it upon himself to make or break. He’s assuming God.
It’s a shame.
Seldom, does he recollect that as a mere MCA, Governor Abdi Ibrahim did bring down a more powerful Goliath than Roba, the person of Mike Mbuvu Sonko.
And within no time, Governor who was only an MCA at the time in Nairobi City County, gave marching order to the immediate inheritor of the Gubernatorial role, Ann Kananu.
Governor Abdi Ibrahim is not the type of person Roba could threaten with GURR ALALCHA and LIQIMSA rhetoric of the Senator. Guyo is a different person!
Indeed Ali Roba’s political star is dawning as that of Abdi Ibrahim Hassan is fast rising, and that is for a fact.
Infact, these are two incomparable characters.
While one ( Roba) is described by lootings of public offers at will, the other Abdi Guyo), is synonymous with performance per excellence.
The people of Kayole can bear witness the great strides he led them, while Isiolo people have been taken by surprise the amount of progressive strides The Governor led them through within two short years.
While the Senator is obsessed with his village party and still thinks he can make or break owing to his financial muscle and party influence, Governor Abdi Guyo is tied to his great performance and the power and strength of the creator, to put the last nail into the political coffin of Ali Roba!
KENYA IS ON POSITIVE TRAJECTORY:
BORROWED:
FACT: Uhuru’s regime sank this country into dungeons of debts. Currently, all arrows are directed to the wrong person, Ruto, who in reality is trying to stabilize this nation. Had he not taken the measures he took, we would be in dire straits. Now, true economic indicators have confirmed that Kenya is pulling out of the economic hole put by the previous regime, when money was borrowed but not used for the intended purpose, while some was used for consumption subsidies which benefited individual companies. Uhuru had by then isolated his deputy.
Dr. Ruto took over a sinking ship. To avoid the catastrophe, he had to come up with drastic measures to stabilize it. Let’s look beyond the horizon. Eurobond, pandora papers, etc hizi zili mess this country. What we are seeing is the cumulative effect. But now, we’re in a positive trajectory from a previous worst situation made by the previous regime. There was no any easy way to correct the mess. It needed serious, unpopular but effective policies to turn around the situation. A good leader always makes firm decisions to correct a situation, however unpopular such decisions might be. One day, Ruto will be vindicated on this matter. It’s not always a smooth ride to correct an economy that was relying on debts and subsidies.
We are on the right track.
POMP AND CELEBRATION IN LEPARUA TO MARK GOVERNOR ABI GUYO’S FOCUS ON NURTURING TALENT & EMPOWERMENT:
The playground that benefited from Governor Guyo’s facelift process only last week at Leparua hosted a Talent Nurturing and Empowerment Day Celebration.
The ceremony officiated by the Isiolo County Commissioner and County Chief Officer Youth and Sports, Chairman FKF, Officials from Peace Link, Representatives from Lewa Conservancy, NCIC, Directors and Advisors from County Government among other officials, witnessed Awards of Goldern Cup, Football gear and Equipment for the winning team, while the Runner-ups were offered Football Gear and a ball for the Tournament that was held the last week of December.
The County Government also awarded each of the six football teams new Balls and promised to provide full gear.
The Chief Officer promised the Leparua teams participation in Governor’s Tournament this year, once they register with FKF and Social Service.
FKF Chair, Mr. Hussein Kadir promised a waiver for the Kshs. 5000 fees for Registration and asked the teams to prepare the paperwork for Registration. He asked them to meet costs of Cyber only.
Traditional cultural singers and talented local Youths entertained the guests.
Speaker after speaker hailed the first ever intervention of this nature and asked the County Government to continue to consider supporting the Leparua Community to catch up with the rest of the County.
The County Commissioner, Mr. Omoding promised to squeeze Leparua Road issue into Security cadre so it can be considered and fast expedited accordingly.
He responded to one elder’s concern about KDF encroachment on their ancestral land, making it clear that the locals have an upper hand in the matter, owing to the constitution of Kenya that guarantees sovereignty to the people.
He however urged the Youths to refrain from banditry activities as the Security will catch up with them.
Chief Officer Diba underlined the development initiatives that the County Government have already implemented, such as the Borehole Drilling, piping and equipping in partnership with WFP and World Vision respectively.
He also pointed out some notable staff of the County that hail from Leparua.
He said Governor Guyo’s Government is set to put up a new playground as well as three ECDE Classrooms and employment of ECDE Teachers is ongoing, all within this financial year.

THE LISTENING GOVERNOR’S SWIFT RESPONSE TO YOUTH CRIES FROM LEPARUA
His Excellency Governor Abdi Ibrahim listened to the cries of the Leparua Youth in relation to an uneven playground at Leparua Primary School that has undergone many years of water streams passing through it, and immediately sent an Excavator to level the ground to make it conducive for them to train.

The facility that is critical to nurture the talent of Youths to participate in sporting activities including football, is sure to engage Youths and deflect them from the evils associated with idling as well as fill the infrastructure gap accordingly.
Only towards the end of December, locals organized a tournament at the locality and quite a number of challenges were encountered, including the sorry situation of the field that risked players getting hurt during the game.
The issue was taken up with the Governor who immediately dispatched the Excavator that has started the levelling work today.
The Excavator’s first assignment was to divert a road that passes through the playground and one kilometer was done and dusted first thing in the morning before embarking i
on the levelling of the playground.
The locals, including the Head Teacher Mr. Joseph Lokosio, a local elder Mr. Samuel aule and team leaders of the football Samson Legei and Siwan Kinyaga were all praises for the Governor and the encouraging swift response to the cries of the Youth.
The levelling of the playground and the adjacent 1 km Road at the sidelines of the ground, according to the area Assistant Chief Mrs. Lilian Kamasiai, is an overwhelming initiative that will contribute positively, to the elevation of Leparua
She added that it is sure to engage the Youths positively and eventually render a blow on involvement in drug abuse as well as cattle Rustling and other forms of evil activities appertaining to idle minds, that is rife in the area.
The playground is poised to host the awarding of trophies for winners and Runners-up of the Tournament on Saturday, which will also mark the celebration for the Governor’s philanthropic support for the ground.
WHAT MAKES MRIMA MORE EQUAL THAN OTHER REGIONS?
I wonder how the MRIMA advocacy or rather any other Kenyan can justify 160 Chief Principals in Muranga County alone, 60 in Kirinyaga and 60 in Nyeri when there are ONLY ONE in entire Marsabit, TWO in Isiolo, TWO in Wajir and TWO in Garissa.
Nine Chief Principals in five Northern Counties as One Muranga County boasts 160! Just imagine!
What makes Muranga more equal than these other Counties? Can Nancy Macharia justify this?
Don’t forget, the TSC Chair Nancy Macharia who happens to be proudly from MRIMA did escalate withdrawal of Down-Kenya Teachers from Northern Kenya, owing to a couple of terrorist attacks.
Kazi kwako Mr. Gachagua and the MRIMA advocates.
These MRIMA shenanigans wasituletee. We know when the rest of Kenya got independence, 15 years after MRIMA, when Arap Moi took the helm.
All the reason MRIMA goes up in arms when it’s not one of them occupying State House.
Give Kenyans space and let Dr. Ruto bring back sanity into the Governance of ONE UNITED KENYA free from MRIMA narrowness.
KENYA IS FAR ABOVE “MRIMA TALKS; KENYA IS FOR ALL KENYANS
The people of Mount Kenya need to overcome the short sightedness of their politicians.
They need to live up to the fact that Kenya is far above the “MRIMA” shenanigans.
Gone are those days that KNEC was the object of regulating markings that qualify students from specific Regions to make requisite grades for University entrance.
Gone are those days that District Administrators roles were specially meant for specific Regions. And was restricted to a first Degree as 90 percent of University students are from Mrima.
Gone are those days of barbarism that an oath to restrict the presidency from crossing the “Chania River”.
For God’s sake! Kenya has advanced. The “barbarians have woken up. From Mandera to Kilifi; From Garissa to Kisumu; From Moyale to Migori; From Mombasa to Lodwar; the Kenyan people have woken up.
We can never be a second fiddle to Mrima. All Kenyans have a right to Presidency as much as they have rights to their fair share of every Kenyan Resources.
The Presidency of the most performing President since Kenya’s independence was despised, demonized up till after he left the State House.
Infact Mwai Kibaki was basically voted out after five years despite his overturning the fortunes of the Country that was on it’s knees by the time he took the helm.
Only fate had him grab the presidency after a controversial election that eventually produced a two tier Government of National Unity thanks to intervention of International Community.
President Mwai Kibaki made major reforms including around Revenue Collection and Infrastructures and the current President have adopted the same route in elevating Kenya to the next level.
The Housing project is sure to help less fortunate Kenyans to become proud owners of their residential houses.
The increased Revenue is pinching at this initial stage, but is sure to make Kenya self sufficient, hence eradicating the customs of borrowing.
Let us give President William Ruto time to deliver on his promises.
Let us put Kenya first and refrain from narrowing ourselves to Mrima.
ALL KENYANS ARE EQUAL BUT THERE ARE THOSE THAT THINK THEY’RE MORE EQUAL THAN OTHERS!
During Jomo Kenyatta presidency, we lost many precious lives but we never heard of nationwide protests.
Detentions without trial, house arrests and persecutions were the norm but the nation was at peace.
During the Moi Regime though, Central Kenya was the nucleus of mobilization to protest, to picket, to advocate for change on media platforms and everywhere else.
Central Kenya led the way to demand Regime change among other things.
When Kibaki took the helm, the infamous declaration that the new constitution is not necessary since “one of us is at the helm”, by the then powerful Internal Security Minister, John Michuki, is a testament of the political reality in Kenya.
And when Uhuru Kenyatta took over and rendered the Country on it’s knees economically, pitting us indebted at a whopping 10 Trillion, up from 1.9 the previous 50 years, of
foreign debts, there was not a sound of protest from the Mountain.
And now that William Ruto is the President, Mount Kenya is back on the offensive, demanding this and that against the Government.
While it’s acknowledged that quite a few things can be done better, is it fair for Mount Kenya to put Kenyans at random whenever one of them is not the President?
Is it fair to blame Ruto Presidency for the overwhelming debts inherited from the Uhuru Presidency? Especially given that most of those foreign debts matured for payment after the Uhuru Presidency lapsed.
Let us give President Ruto time to clear the accumulated mess of Uhuru Kenyatta.
Not unless the people of the Mountain feel that they are more equal than others, it’s time we let President William Samoei Ruto to deliver this Country from the the economic slavery Uhuru left behind.
I am sure the many reforms that have been adopted by Dr. Ruto will eventually work fir Kenya. Let us not look at the short term effect. It’s assuredly benevolent in the long term.
Let us persevere. Afterall “Subra huvuta kheri”.
Meanwhile, no one is more equal than anyone else. We are all Kenyans and we all have the rights, even to the Presidency of this Country Kenya.
Let’s stop these protest shenanigans and give our President the chance to resurrect this Country. I know he can. And I know he will!

GOV. GUYO YET AGAIN, DELIVERS SIX NEW DISPENSARIES IN LESS THAN 2 YEARS!
We are set to witness yet another milestone as Governor Abdi Ibrahim Hassan aka Gov. Guyo prepares to launch six new dispensaries in less than two years.
The Servant Leadership that is focussed on unprecedented progression of Isiolo to the next level has invested heavily on hearty infrastructures.
The emphatic focus on livelihood projects ranging from Education;-
@ doubling Bursary amount as well as Construction of over 20 ECD Centers in two short years;
@The impressive Water harvesting to almost 50 percent of the total Boreholes, attained since independence, within the same 2 year period,
@ Empowerment of Youth and Women led households via Fundraisers to the tune of fifty- plus millions and channelling through cooperative groups;
@Aggressive pursuit to realize the dream of Export Abbatoir of its kind, now 98 percent complete,
@The state of the Art Accident & Emergency Center.
@ The Maternity &Newborn Unit;
@Hiring and deployment of Professional medics from Medical Officers, Nurses, Clinicians and more.
@And now the massive investment in six new Dispensaries, is enough proof of the Servant Leadership the Government of H.E. Abdi Guyo entails.
The launching of fully fledged Dispensaries at @Mwangaza
@Gubatu
@Biliqi Jiko,
@Eldera.
@Mogore and
@ Biliqi- Merti;
Will undoubtedly add up with the existing 54 such facilities realized in the County since independence and is sure to massively contribute to the well being of the people of Isiolo.
The launching of these critical facilities in the next week or so, is sure to reduce distances to Health Services by a large margin and therefore massively contribute to reduction of Mortality and Morbidity by more than 50 percent, hence an achievement of a much healthier society in Isiolo.
The Governor’s laser guided policy tailored to the globally recognized four sectors of Food Security, Water, Health and Education, is sure to result in emancipation from poverty and despair that will ultimately lead to economic opulence and resultant self sufficiency.
